Meet the Founder

Rana Basim didn’t wait for opportunity—she created it. As the founder of Rana Lex Nova Solutions, she’s not just offering paralegal services—she’s rewriting what it means to succeed in the legal world on your own terms.

Rana’s journey has been anything but linear. She started as a student working minimum wage, balancing school, certifications, and night shifts, all while chasing a bigger dream—to become a powerful force in law, business, and education. With diplomas in paralegal studies and legal administration and over a dozen certifications in leadership, youth governance, public speaking, and finance, Rana turned every step of her life—even the hardest ones — into a stepping stone.

She founded Rana Lex Nova Solutions to give people something she never had: access, understanding, and real support in law — without the gatekeeping. She helps law firms, students, and individuals with legal research, document preparation, education, and coaching. And she does it with empathy, hustle, and heart.

Rana is also a youth advocate and business owner. She’s building a brand, a name, and a future — not just for herself, but for anyone who’s ever been told they’re “not enough.”
